Damaged Item Or Incorrect Item Policy

  • Decor Your Walls is totally responsible in case of damaged/wrong product delivery.
  • Decor Your Walls will compensate customer by sending correct item or returning money.
  • Decor Your Walls will bear cost of delivery if customer need to send back the item.
  • Decor Your Walls will only be liable for any replacement if you file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • These steps need to be followed in case of damaged/wrong product shipment:
    1. Send us a picture of your product with a short description of the issue at 0314-3131721 within 24 hours.
    2. Customer can also contact us through our social media pages.
    3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
    4. Our courier partner will deliver the replacement & collect the damaged/wrong shipment.
